Products from Electrics Warehouse will normally be despatched the same day* if ordered before 12 noon and delivered via DHL, Parcelforce, Yodel or Royal Mail. *(dependant upon stock availability)

Please note that our system is automated, and sometimes due to the large number of orders that go through, it is extremely difficult once an order has been placed to locate and cancel the order before despatch. Please appreciate we will do our utmost to assist you and attempt to locate and cancel your order if it is still at the Pick/Pack stage of despatch.

Any orders that need to be cancelled that have already been shipped/confirmed will stil incur the shipping charges as the parcel will already be with the courier/postal service and we are unable to recover the item from them.
